Frank Blackard                           fblackard@horizonfg.com

Frank is a 37-year veteran of the financial services industry specializing in personalized financial planning for high net worth individuals, which includes business owners, retired couples and individuals, and NASCAR drivers.

 

He is a Chartered Life Underwriter and resides in Altamonte Springs, FL and Asheville, NC.  He is actively involved in the national Sigma Chi fraternity and, in 1982, co-founded the Orlando Margarita Society, which raises over 4,000 toys a year for underprivileged children at Christmas time. He is also actively involved in golf tournaments to fund raise for St. Jude's Hospital, The Children's Miracle Network and the Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital.

 

Janine and Frank have three children and five grandchildren living in the NC area.

Pete Bush, CFP®              pbush@horizonfg.com            

Pete is a founding partner of Horizon Wealth Management and a veteran of the financial services industry since 1991.  He has focused his career on assisting successful individuals across many walks of life with their personal financial management.  His clients include business owners and executives, medical and legal professionals, retired couples and individuals, and professional athletes.

He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and a Registered Principal with Multi Financial Securities Corporation, an ING company.  He is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the Financial Services Institute. Pete is one of eight advisors selected by Multi Financial President/CEO Pat McEvoy as a member of his President's Advisory Council, in addition to serving on several committees for the broker-dealer.

Pete graduated from LSU in 1990 with a degree in Business Management and was a first baseman for LSU's first three College World Series teams in 1986, 1987 and 1989.

He is actively involved in his community, having served on many boards and committees over the years, including the YMCA, the LSU Alumni Foundation, First United Methodist Church and Baton Rouge Uncorked. Pete and his wife Kelli have three children -  Shelbi, Jacob and Taylor.

Randy is a founding partner of Horizon Wealth Management and he is a Registered Principal and OSJ with Multi Financial Securities Corporation, an ING company.  He is one of eight advisors selected by Multi Financial President/CEO Pat McEvoy as a member of his President's Advisory Council.

Randy focuses his practice on financial and estate planning, tax-efficient investing and tax management strategies for high-net worth individuals, including many of the firm's professional athlete clients.

A native of Natchitoches, Louisiana, he received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern State University and his Master's Degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.  Randy and his wife Cammie have three children: William, Lindsey, and Cody.

Jeff Reboulet                          jreboulet@horizonfg.com  

Jeff is a partner with Horizon Wealth Management and focuses his practice on assisting professional athletes with their unique financial planning concerns.

Prior to joining Horizon in 2003, Jeff enjoyed a long professional baseball career, which included 12 years in the big leagues from 1992 to 2003.  His firsthand knowledge of a player's retirement and group benefits, as well as his experience managing his own finances as an athlete give him a unique perspective and has made him an invaluable resource for players and agents alike.

Jeff is one of eight resource players for Major League Baseball's Rookie Development Program, where future major leaguers learn about financial matters and other aspects of life in the big leagues from former players.  Jeff is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.  He is actively involved in fundraising for his local community and alma mater, Alter High School in Dayton, OH.

Peter has been active in financial services as early as the sixth grade after authoring a book on investing titled, “The Young Person’s Guide to the Stock Market”.  He has built a career as a financial director for high net worth athletes and individuals, using his years of experience in the financial services industry to assist clients in assembling the right team to meet their financial and estate planning objectives.
 
A veteran of the NASCAR family, Peter works directly with drivers and other key clients in the NASCAR industry to help them surmount the unique challenges faced by the central players of the fastest growing sport in America.  In addition to his work in NASCAR, Peter has expanded his focus to select NFL player relationships, as well.
 
Peter and his wife Sarah have two children - Kate and Trey.  He holds an undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Georgia State University.  A native of upstate NY, he and his family currently reside in Asheville, North Carolina.
  
  

   

Brody Saxon                   bsaxon@horizonfg.com

Brody is a Registered Principal with Multi Financial Securities Corporation and has spent over 30 years in the financial services industry.

He earned his MBA in Finance from LSU and is a graduate of the National School of Bank Investments.  He has served as a faculty member for the School of Investments at both SMU in Dallas, TX and at the University of Illinois and he has been a guest speaker at several national conventions on Investment Portfolio Management. Brody was formerly the Chief Administrative Officer of Premier Bank, a $4 Billion Bank that is now part of Chase.

He is the past Chairman of The United Way Campaign, past President of the Rotary Club, two term director of The Country Club of Louisiana.  Brody and his wife Ann F. Reilley, MD have two children - Kate and Sean Michael.
