As the Compliance Director and OSJ Delegate for Horizon Financial Group, Colby handles all supervision duties on behalf of Horizon Financial Group, interacting with Advisors and their staff as well as conferring and consulting with both Pete Bush, Chad Soileau and Cetera Advisors regularly and as needed on the business of Advisors we oversee.
Colby joined Horizon in 2006 and handles the day to day duties of the OSJ. She is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and holds series 7,24 and 66 securities registrations as well as membership of several focus groups at
Cetera Advisors.
Prior to joining Horizon, Colby received a degree from LSU in International Trade and Finance as well as her MBA. Her experience includes a background of work in both operations
and supervision aspects of the securities business.
When she isn't working on her supervision duties on her days off, Colby enjoys spending time with her family,
traveling, baking and getting involved in her church community.
